Welcome to The Hockey Hub!
I’m sure you’ve heard the expression “Do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Well, hockey is what I love. And since I can’t play hockey…I watch it, talk about it, read about it, “tweet” about it, and now I write about it!
My hope for this website is to engage my fellow female fans (guys are welcome too!!) in some fun interaction that centers on the sport we all love. In my experience, most hockey websites are painfully technical and “guy oriented.” And while I enjoy reading about my favorite players’ stats almost as much as the next fan, sometimes I really just want to talk about hockey in girl speak. And THAT, my friends, is why I created this page!

My favorite team, naturally, is the Phoenix Coyotes (followed closely by the Boston Bruins and Philadelphia Flyers)!

Best season of my life – we took the Habs out in dramatic Bruin fashion, the Flyers didn’t even put up a fight (except changing their goalies around fifty times), TB was a great series with little animosity, and then the crazy, crazy finals! Loved every minute!
Yep, if it couldn’t be my ‘Yotes I’m glad it was the Bruins! =)
Welcome. I’m a female Bruins blogger… I can’t say I constantly update my blog, but since hockey season is right around the corner, I’m slowly getting back in the saddle! I’ll be checking things out here every now and then! Happy blogging!
